호떡(Hotteok) is one of Korea’s most beloved street-food staples—a pan-griddled stuffed pancake that’s crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, and oozing with brown sugar or melted cheese the moment you bite in.

Melted brings that exact experience to Montréal’s festival circuit. We’re built around a single idea: one irresistible product, served fast, served hot, and served consistently to hundreds of guests an hour without ever compromising quality.

We cook to order on a self-contained propane griddle, keep the menu intentionally tight, and run a clean, well-organized booth that fits the energy of any food fair, night market, or cultural festival.
